Check-out time is at 12noon and Check-in time is at 2pm. If you arrive earlier, we will store your luggage in the storage room. In the meantime you are free to hang out downstairs watching tv, surfing the web or whatever you feel like. Just be patient and give us time to prepare the room for you.

1)  Taxi :

Buy the Taxi coupon at the official airport taxi counter to make sure you don't get ripped off. Give the taxi driver the address (No. 5, Tengkat Tong Shin, Bukit Bintang, a one way street).  It's close to Corona Inn Hotel and right opposite 8 Guest House and next to the Indian restaurant Tg Nasi Kandar and Foot Reflexology KL Valley.  Taxi fare will cost approx.  RM70

2)  Airport Coach/Bus from KLIA :

The Bus leaves from level 1. The bus fare is RM10 and will take you to  KL Sentral station.. Travel time: 1hr

3)  Airport Coach/Bus from LCCT ( Air Asia terminal) :
*  Sky Bus - RM9, every half an hour to KL Sentral station, travel time: 1hr 15min
*  Aero Bus - RM6, every one hour to KL Sentral train station, travel time: 1hr 15min

4) KLIA Express Train:

The fast train takes 28 minutes to KL Sentral Station. Fare is RM35.00 one way.  Frequency - every 20 minutes

We are a budget hostel so we offer shared facilites only. There is a western style bathroom upstairs with a hot shower. There is another shower (cold, which is perfect for the hot weather in KL) and 2 more toilets downstairs. We are small place with a maximum capacity of 14 people so there shouldn't be too much waiting.

Our apologies but Red Palm does not have the proper facilities to accept children under 12 at this time.

We have fast T1 broadband connection in the house so don't worry. There are 2 computer terminals downstairs and Wi-Fi in the lounge.

We do have air-conditioning upstairs where all the rooms are but it's in the corridor which cools the rooms. Additionally there are fans in all rooms. The air-conditioning is turned on from 6pm - 9am. That provides for a pleasant temperature to sleep at night. Furthermore, our double and our attic single room have their own air-conditioning. The outside temperature here most of the time is between 28 - 34 degrees during the day and 23 - 27 degrees during the night.
